Responsibilities

• Supports Business Relationship Managers in building strategies to answer business objectives for clients as Personal Assistance Team for launch ensure timely collection
• Attend and present at client/internal meetings
• Develop and nurture relationships with key client personnel.
• Establish a liaison presence with the client’s internal support team (i.e. IT).
• Establish an attitude of ownership for driving the overall success of the QPharma/client relationship.
• Establish communication with internal QPharma teams and Client resulting in the elimination of any potential gaps.
• Manages and Supervise Local HCP targeting projects which involves presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analysis
• Manages and supervises global projects across various therapeutic areas and indications, with special focus on market and landscape analysis, competitor insights, identification and analyses of clinical and health economics/health policy professionals such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), pricing and reimbursement experts, community opinion leaders and other Market Access professionals. Responsible to manage the primary research and surveys if needed by the client.
• Prepares client deliverables and results in the form of power point presentations and excel reports and deliver and present them to client teams.
• Create, develop, edit and maintain project plans, launch plans, client materials as required, update and issue project status to involved parties.
• Create, develop, edit and maintain client solution sites with assistance from Technology team as necessary.
• Takes responsibility for ensuring the medical integrity and accuracy of all aspects of client projects. Remains directly involved in the medical QA and medical strategy direction throughout a projects' lifecycle.
• Gain an understanding of how best to position the project with various types of user groups.
• Manager, Health Analytics learn about each user, their individual business objectives and knowledge needs to assist them in understanding how the solution is a change in behavior that will allow them to execute their processes more efficiently and effectively.
• Encourage and educate users to actively utilize the solution, its tools and functions daily to accomplish the supported processes.
• Create, develop, edit and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas and minutes, and training materials.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Project leadership responsibilities includes resource management, project planning and tracking, estimate a formal resolution plan, status communication, problem identification and resolution, and the use of project management tools.
• Assists with pitches and sales and marketing efforts, including SOW (Statement of Work) preparation, participation in sales meetings and taking the lead on sales research activities.
• Offers strong medical and scientific background and deep understanding of business processes to strategically support mainly medical, commercial and regulatory teams from the pharmaceutical industry.
• Analyzes various data, research, surveys and competitor intelligence to develop strategies for effective product development and brand formation for pharmaceutical clients.
• Provides clinical support and strategic recommendations to large pharmaceutical clients by using proprietary data-mining tools and competitive intelligence research to manage relationships with the right medical experts
• Establish an attitude of leadership that yields clients to view you as a valued resource and partner. Proactively provide statistics to identify ways of bringing value to the client.
• Establish standards/best practices and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
• Champion Best Practices to further increase value to the client.
