Responsible for the successful relationship between QPharma’s clients and QPharma. They ensure a successful project through alignment, execution, communication, and management. Establishes a best approach for the selected project(s) by establishing a well-grounded understanding/position of the client’s objectives. Drives the operational activities associated with the Client’s deliverables in the areas of KOL, Targeting, Risk and Launch
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support Business Relationship Managers in building strategies to answer business objectives for clients
· Manage and supervise global projects across various therapeutic areas and indications, with special focus on market and landscape analysis, competitor insights, identification and analyses of clinical and health economics/health policy professionals such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), pricing and reimbursement experts, community opinion leaders and other Market Access professionals. Responsible to manage the primary research and surveys if needed by the client
· Manage and supervise Local HCP targeting projects which involves presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analysis
· Assist with pitches and sales and marketing efforts, including SOW (Statement of Work) preparation, participation in sales meetings, and taking the lead on sales research activities
· Create, develop, and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas and minutes, and training materials and identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks
· Establish a liaison presence with the client’s internal support team (i.e. IT)
· Prepare client deliverables and results in the form of PowerPoint presentations and excel reports and deliver and present them to client teams.
· Create, develop, edit and maintain project plans, launch plans, client materials as required, update and issue project status to involved parties.
· Create, develop, edit and maintain client solution sites with assistance from the Technology team as necessary
· Responsible for ensuring the medical integrity and accuracy of all aspects of client projects. Remain directly involved in the medical QA and medical strategy direction throughout a projects’ lifecycle.
· Project leadership responsibilities include resource management, project planning, and tracking, estimating a formal resolution plan, status communication, problem identification and resolution, and the use of project management tools
· Offer strong medical and scientific background and deep understanding of business processes to strategically support mainly medical, commercial, and regulatory teams from the pharmaceutical industry
· Analyze various data, research, surveys, and competitor intelligence to develop strategies for effective product development and brand formation for pharmaceutical clients.
· Provide clinical support and strategic recommendations to large pharmaceutical clients by using proprietary data-mining tools and competitive intelligence research to manage relationships with the right medical experts

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Master’s Degree (MA) or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Computer skills required: Database Software (Access); Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Project Management Software; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint)
· Other skills required: Experience in consulting and client services
