Job Description:
As a Business Analyst at Neolytica, you will be an integral part of our mission to transform the healthcare analytics landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and translate complex data into actionable insights for our internal team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and software developers, to develop and implement innovative solutions. Here are some key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs and objectives, ensuring our solutions meet their requirements effectively.
- Internal Team Syncing: Keeping all stakeholders at the same page and ensuring progress and timeline adherence.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and reports that convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of project requirements, data sources, and processes.
- Strategic Insights: Provide strategic recommendations to improve data analysis processes and enhance the impact of healthcare data analytics.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in data analytics and the healthcare industry, ensuring Neolytica’s solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Technical: Create and maintain Jira, Confluence and MS Suite files/pages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management).
- Proven experience in SaaS Platforms, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Knowledge about tools and languages, such as Python, R, SQL and data visualization tools.
- Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Knowledge of healthcare data sources and analytics is a plus.
